Corporate Giving Program

The purpose of our Corporate Giving Program is to sponsor a variety of events that benefit our communities and our clients.  We consider sponsorships of events -such as golf tournaments or galas- that raise funds for nonprofit organizations serving the communities where we have a presence, and for which we will receive promotional and community relations value.  As a sponsor of such event, we expect to achieve the following goals:
 
1.Build lifelong partnerships with nonprofit organizations in the community
2.Express appreciation to our existing clients
3.Gain opportunities to develop business partnerships with new clients
 

Our Corporate Giving Program operates on a year-round basis. Donation requests are reviewed based on the nonprofit organization’s ability to meet our guidelines, and availability of charitable funds. 
 

SHOP 909 reserves the right to suspend, change, or terminate its Corporate Giving Program, or any part of it, at any time.
 

To be considered for our Corporate Giving Program, organizations must:
•Be classified as a federal tax-exempt charity under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3)
•Demonstrate fiscal and administrative stability
•Operate as an equal opportunity employer
•Address the needs of the communities
 

Eligible nonprofit organizations must submit the following supporting documentation:
•Copy of the most recent IRS Letter of Determination providing the organization’s Federal Tax ID Number and stating it is classified as a 501(c)(3) charity
•List of the organization’s Board of Directors
•List of sponsorship levels and benefits, if applicable
