When an organization applies for support through our Corporate Giving Program, the group must show that it has a clear purpose, is efficiently organized, and provides a needed service. The organization must meet the following criteria to be considered:
The organization must be considered exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code.
The mission of the organization must focus on one of the following areas:
Women’s Issues
Education Initiatives
Children
The organization must support a wide range of diverse individuals in the community regardless of race, gender or religion.
Overhead expenses must not exceed 20 percent of total operating budget.
The Corporate Giving Program is designed to support organizations that meet the criteria described here, and is unable to consider or contribute to special or individual situations and sponsorships.
