30 day return policy.
 

To return any or all of your purchase please repackage your item(s) and return to the address listed on your invoice. Upon our receipt of the returned item(s), OneTwoBag.com will issue a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation e-mail including a credit invoice when your return is processed.  Please allow 10 business days for credit processing.  If you wish to exchange an item, we will add or subtract the price difference of the new item(s) to your invoice.  OneTwoBag.com will not accept returns that have been damaged, modified, or used by the consumer.
